The White Party at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens benefitting Care Resource

The legendary White Party at Vizcaya was one of Miami’s most glamorous charity events, bringing together thousands from around the world in support of Care Resource and the fight against HIV/AIDS.

Our Crown Jewel Collection by Aldo Orta became the official jewelry line for this cause — even gracing icons like Grace Jones. For many years, these creations helped raise thousands of dollars to advance community health while celebrating art, beauty, and purpose in true Miami style.

Designer Charms for Charity Benefiting Jewelers for Children and Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation

QVC offered charm creations from an impressive roster of artists and celebrity designers who created limited-edition charms themed “My Love for Children.” Each artist designed a charm measuring approximately one inch in length, using the medium of their choice. The artisans crafted the charms in sterling, gold, platinum, bronze, brass, or new age metals, often highlighted with gems, enamel, and crystals. All charms were revealed in a special brand shop that launched on April 30. Customers placed advance orders, and the charms were shipped approximately six weeks later. Each selection was accompanied by a personal story about the artist’s love for children.

The designer roster included Judith Ripka, Isaac Mizrahi, Stephen Dweck, Robert Lee Morris, Michael Dawkins, Barbara Bixby, Angela Lindvall, Lorraine Schwartz, Alex Sepkus, Penny Preville, Erica Courtney, Silvio Hidalgo, David English, Hagit Gorali, Carolyn Pollack, Avindy, Margaret Thurman, Ann King, Naomi Pevsner, SeidenGang, Tito Pedrini, Christian Santoccoli, Suarti, Dominique Dinouart, John Atencio, Aldo Orta, Barry Cord, Fritz Casuse & Wanesia Misquadace, and Veronica Benally, Paul Tacorian, Joan Rivers, Kenneth Jay Lane, Heidi Klum, Melania Trump and featuring Rising Star, Brady Legler for Honora.
